​ Our aim is provide platform to discuss mental wellbeing, develop skills and support those living with mental ill-health. 

With almost a decade of experience supporting individuals one-to-one, and delivering wellbeing focused learning and development activities, we're confident we can support you with your needs in a way which is engaging, empowering and enjoyable. 



​Training 

We provide a comprehensive range of in-house and open training courses covering mental health awareness, suicide interventions and stress & resilience. Courses range from half-day, up to comprehensive two day sessions. Have a specific requirement?  Drop us a line at hello@letstalkwellbeing.com

​Wellbeing coaching helps clients to gain additional perspective, learn new strategies to manage their wellbeing and work towards regaining balance and control over emotions and feelings.
